By using traveltomexico.city (the "Site"), operated under the brand MexiCool Tours, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

The Site provides information about cultural, historic and gastronomic tour experiences in Mexico City and lets you request a personalized quote. Tours are delivered by authorized agencies and SECTUR-certified local guides. The Site does not display prices and does not process payments or bookings directly.

2. Inquiries and quotes

Submitting the form or contacting us via WhatsApp starts a non-binding conversation. A tour is only confirmed once details and any payment are agreed separately in writing. Availability and itineraries are subject to confirmation.

3. No match tickets

We are a tourism and cultural-experience provider. We do not sell, supply or guarantee FIFA World Cup 2026 match tickets or stadium access.

4. Accuracy of information

Content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Photographs are illustrative. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant it is complete or error-free.

5. Intellectual property

The MexiCool Tours name, content and design on this Site are protected. You may not reproduce them without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Site. Your use of any third-party service (e.g., WhatsApp) is governed by that provider's terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Ciudad de México.
